Crossroads, An Artia Solutions Conference will gather the brightest minds in Medicaid Nov. 7-9, 2018, to jumpstart game-changing conversations about improving new drug policies, pharmaceutical trends, healthcare reform, regulations, and other pressing issues
NASHVILLE, TENN (January 17, 2018) – Artia Solutions, LLC, a premier national consultancy specializing in managing pharmaceutical access in the Medicaid marketplace, announced today it will host the inaugural Crossroads, An Artia Solutions Conference in Nashville from November 7-9, 2018, bringing together Medicaid pharmacy administrators, drug manufacturers, healthcare providers, payers, patients and other stakeholders to explore issues impacting patient access to medications, find common ground, and ultimately drive innovation.

Artia anticipates hosting Crossroads annually to explore crucial Medicaid issues–including pharmaceutical trends, healthcare reform, federal and state regulations, and state concerns. The 2018 conference will focus on such timely topics as:
- Federal regulations on drug approval processes and accelerated reviews;
- Medicaid coverage of new drugs and novel therapies;
- Reimbursement models; and
- Opioid utilization and addiction treatment drug prescribing.
Over the course of two days, Crossroads will incorporate information keynotes, in-depth sessions and panels, and a range of both structured and informal networking opportunities. This includes speed networking sessions for drug manufacturers to meet one-on-one with state representatives.

Attendees can participate in a Medicaid 101 session on November 7 that will give an extensive overview of Medicaid history, requirements, and changes impacting Medicaid relative to reimbursement models and preferred drugs lists.
Crossroads will provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
