Food Hall Slated for Nashville’s Fifth + Broadway Development Announces Second Wave of Restaurant Partners
Edley’s Bar-B-Que, Hattie Jane’s Creamery and Seed Hospitality among the latest to join the esteemed list of Nashville vendors assembling in the new downtown space
Nashville, Tenn. (May 7, 2019) – The Nashville Food Hall, an innovative dining and entertainment concept that will anchor the new Fifth + Broadway development, has announced its second round of restaurant partners – Edley’s Bar-B-Que, Hattie Jane’s Creamery and Seed Hospitality. These are part of a carefully curated group of regionally based chefs, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs that The Food Hall Co. is partnering with for its newest location at 5055 Broadway Place in Nashville.
The Food Hall Co. is expanding its unparalleled, European-style dining and entertaining experience to the center of Nashville’s booming culinary scene. The latest glimpse into the nearly 100,000 square-foot, multi-level food hall adds barbecue, coffee, ice cream and Japanese cuisine to the venue’s expansive restaurant portfolio, which will ultimately include more than 20 local restaurant partners and cocktail bars, a full-service restaurant and an expansive rooftop music and event venue.

Paired with Hattie Jane’s creamery, a small batch Southern creamery and scoop shop, and Seed Hospitality, known for its upscale Japanese cuisine, these three restaurant partners are sure to be crowd pleasers for our downtown guests.”
Seed Hospitality will be bringing two concepts to the food hall. The first will feature sushi and the second will offer Japanese street food and ramen – a hot culinary trend taking cities nationwide by storm. Seed Hospitality is already known for its two Japanese-inspired Nashville restaurants: The Green Pheasant and Two Ten Jack. At The Green Pheasant, husband and wife chef duo Jessica Benefield and Trey Burnette celebrate regional foodways combined with Japanese ingredients, while their menus at Two Ten Jack, Nashville’s first izakaya, focus on ramen and other Japanese comfort fare.
The latest announcement of restaurant partners joins an esteemed list that also features Prince’s Hot Chicken, The Pharmacy Burger and The Donut + Dog. Additional restaurants, along with an official name, will be announced leading up to the food hall’s opening in Summer 2020.
